Seol In Ah’s Nerve Leaves Jang Dong Yoon And Chu Young Woo Awestruck In “Oasis”

Seol In Ah will be a force to fear in “Oasis”!

KBS 2TV’s “Oasis” is a drama about three youths who fight fiercely to protect their dreams and friendship as well as their one and only first love in the turbulent backdrop of South Korea from 1980 to 1990. Jang Dong Yoon stars as Lee Doo Hak who has an intelligent mind and clear soul despite growing up in poverty. He harbors a pure love, falling in love at first sight after seeing Oh Jung Shin (Seol In Ah), a transfer student from Seoul. Chu Young Woo plays Lee Doo Hak’s childhood friend and fated rival Choi Chul Woong.

The drama’s latest stills feature all three leads in an unpredictable situation. While sporting cute braided pigtails and comfy gym clothes, Oh Jung Shin has left Lee Doo Hak and Choi Chul Woong dumbfounded. Choi Chul Woong appears mildly confused but Lee Doo Hak is frozen with fear, raising anticipation to see Oh Jung Shin’s chemistry with these two opposite friends.

Oh Jung Shin then takes it a step further when she shows off her dramatic high kick and Lee Doo Hak watches in awe, unable to take his eyes off the unfamiliar sight. What on earth has led to Oh Jung Shin showcasing her strength?

In the tense final photos, Oh Jung Shin and Lee Doo Hak are in close proximity. With a tight grip on his wrist, Oh Jung Shin stares right at Lee Doo Hak, while he looks elsewhere with a stern expression. Opposite them, Choi Chul Woong shoots a sharp glare, previewing the complicated love triangle that is set to form between this trio.

The drama’s representatives shared, “This is the scene where Doo Hak and Chul Woong quickly become close with Jung Shin, who they have fallen for at first sight. From your homes, you’ll be able to feel the moment that makes each other’s hearts thump as they meet in an unexpected place.”
